We call this one the 12 open year round.
The weekly pool service is 25.00 a week which includes up to ½ hour of service. 52 weeks a year.
We perform the following services at each visit.
Brush and Vacuum the entire pool.
Brush the tile line and degrease if needed.
Blow the pool deck.
Check the chemicals and adjust as needed.
We will use your supplies or bill you for use of ours on a monthly basis.
Chemicals billed at 15% less than of bought in pool store.
Year Round Contracts get billed 100.00 a month; this gets you 4 weeks Free.
Total Bill 1200.a year plus supplies.

We also have the 6 open 6 closed contract. During the open months we service your pool as follows:

6 Closed

If you close your pool we will Close and open your pool for the same 25.00 a month so you can budget your year. This equals 250.00 to cover and winterize and 250.00 to open the pool all paid in even monthly installments of 100.00 per month.

Year Round Contracts get billed 100.00 a month; Total Bill 1200.a year plus supplies

We also have the Month to Month.:

The weekly pool service is 35.00 a week which includes up to ½ hour of service.

We perform the following services at each visit.

Brush and Vacuum the entire pool.

Brush the tile line and degrease if needed.

Blow the pool deck.

Check the chemicals and adjust as needed.

We will use your supplies or bill you for use of ours on a monthly basis.

Chemicals billed at 15% less than of bought in pool store

If you close your pool we will Close and open your pool for 250.00 open your pool for 250.00

Homeowner responsibilities:

Pool must be in good operating condition with no leaks and a good pump and filtration system.

Sand Filter: if the Sand has not been change in the last 5 years we will need to change the sand.

Cartridge Filters – We will need to inspect the filters for proper operation and if needed you will be required to purchase new elements.

DE Filters– Grids will need to be cleaned and we will convert your pool to a Fiberclear filtering agent which does not clog up filters, Rivers and Streams and is environmentally friendly and will prevent future cleanings since it backwash's out 100%

Sanitizers -Plus either a Saline sanitizer, or a Chlorinator for the pool.

And automatic pool cleaner to operate in between visits
